1. Introduction

ACTS Theological Journal is an academic journal aiming at the salvation of mankind by actively developing theocentricism and evangelicalism, which are pursued by ACTS’ theology, and so expanding their theological bases. In contemporary times when biblical truth gets mutilated by rampant secular theologies, this journal desires to play a lighthouse of theology by reenforcing theocentricism, so as to provide truthful guidance for spreading the gospel and carrying out God’s will.

ACTS Theological Journal is published quarterly in pursuit of this aim. And in an effort to internationalize theocentricism and evangelicalism, which are the quintessence of ACTS’ theology, ACTS Theology Institute publishes the English version of ACTS Theological Journal once a year. ACTS is a global theological university that has been educating and cultivating Asian Christian leaders since August 1974, and now its faithful graduates are sincerely carrying out their ministries as leaders in various countries. The English version of ACTS Theological Journal will take part in the growing ministry of ACTS as a global theological university by bearing the fruit of global sense-oriented theocentricism and evangelicalism. We would appreciate the interest and participation of many theology researchers.
