1. 구약과 신약 정경 66권은 성령의 영감으로 기록된 정확무오한 하나님의 말씀으로 최고의 권위를 가지며, 신자들의 신앙과 삶을 위한 최종적인 규범이다.

2. 성부 성자 성령 삼위 하나님은 영원히 계시는 한 하나님으로, 본질과 속성이 동일하시고 능력과 영광도 동등하시다. 삼위일체 하나님은 그의 은혜롭고 선하신 뜻 가운데 만물을 창조하시고 섭리하시고 구속하신다.

3. 주 예수 그리스도는 성육하신 하나님의 독생자로서 참 하나님이시며 참 인간이시다. 그는 성령으로 잉태되어 동정녀 마리아에게서 나시고 죄를 대속하기 위해 희생 제물로 십자가에서 죽으시고 장사된 지 사흘 만에 죽은 자 가운데서 부활하시고 승천하셨다. 그는 하나님 우편에 계시다가 마지막 날에 산 자와 죽은 자를 심판하시고 하나님의 나라를 온전히 이루시기 위해 다시 오실 것이다.

4. 인간은 하나님의 형상대로 창조되어 하나님과 교제하며 그의 뜻에 따라 만물을 다스리도록 되었으나 첫 사람 아담의 불순종으로 말미암아 타락하여 생명의 근원되신 하나님으로부터 분리되어서 죄와 사망의 지배 아래 놓이게 되었다. 이와 같이 모든 인류가 아담 안에서 죄인이 되어 영원히 죽을 수밖에 없었으나, 하나님의 무한하신 구속의 은혜로 말미암아 복음을 듣고 예수 그리스도를 믿는 자는 영생의 구원을 얻게 되었다.

5. 성령 하나님은 예수 그리스도를 증거하시는 진리의 영이시며 성도들을 위해 역사하시는 보혜사시다. 그는 죄인을 부르셔서 죄를 회개하여 거듭나게 하시고, 의롭게 하시고, 거룩하게 하셔서 영광의 하나님 나라의 유업을 받게 하시는 양자의 영이시다. 성령께서는 신자들의 삶 가운데 내주하셔서 말씀을 깨닫게 하시고 그리스도의 형상을 이루는 인격으로 성숙하게 변화시켜 주실 뿐 아니라 하나님 나라 사역을 위해 봉사할 수 있도록 충만한 능력을 주신다.

6. 참된 교회는 말씀과 성령으로 그리스도와 연합한 참 성도가 이루는 그의 몸으로서 하나의 거룩한 사도적인 보편 교회이다. 교회의 머리 되신 그리스도께서 세워 주신 두 가지 성례, 세례와 성찬은 보이는 말씀으로서 성도들의 믿음을 강화하고 영적 성숙을 위해 지속적으로 시행해야 한다.

7. 교회의 우선적인 사명은 예수 그리스도 안에서 하나님께서 받으실 만한 예배를 드리는 것이다. 또한 그가 명하신 대로 모든 족속 가운데 복음을 선포하여 제자를 삼아 예수 그리스도를 증거하는 공동체를 이루는 것이다. 이 세상에 있는 교회는 하나님을 대적하는 악한 영의 세력에 대항하여 그리스도의 다스림을 이 땅 위에 확장하는 영적 공동체이다. 이는 하나님을 사랑하고 이웃을 사랑하는 거룩한 공동체로서 가난한 자와 억눌린 자를 돌아보는 그리스도의 사랑을 실천하고, 공의로운 사회를 세우기 위한 책임을 감당할 뿐 아니라 하나님의 모든 피조물을 돌보는 사명을 가진다.

8. 마지막 때에 주 예수 그리스도께서는 이 세상에 영광 중에 다시 오실 것이다. 그때 모든 죽은 자는 부활하여 주님의 심판을 받아 의인은 영원한 복락을 누리게 되며 악인은 영원한 형벌을 받게 될 것이다. 성도들은 새 하늘과 새 땅에서 하나님을 영원히 찬양하며 주와 함께 새로워진 피조물을 다스리게 될 것이다.

1. The accurate and infallible Word of God as being the sixty-six canonical books of the Old Testament and the New Testament constitute the ultimate authority and norm for the faith and life of the saints.

2. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one God, who are of one substance and equal in power and glory. The triune God creates, provides and saves according to His gracious and righteous will.

3. The Lord Jesus Christ, as the only incarnated Son of God, is truly divine and truly human. Being born of the virgin Mary, He died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice and on the third day He rose from the dead and ascended to Heaven. On the last day, He shall come again from being at the right hand of God to judge the living and the dead and to completely consummate the Kingdom of God.

4. Humankind was created in the image of God for divine fellowship and to rule over all creation. However, due to the disobedience of the first man, Adam, and his fall, he was separated from God, the source of life, and was plunged under the dominion of sin and death. Likewise, in Adam, the entire humanity has become sinners and subject to eternal death, but those who hear the Good News and believe in Jesus Christ shall have eternal life through His unlimited saving grace.

5. God the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the truth, who witnesses concerning Christ and is the Helper to the saints. He is the Spirit of adoption who, by calling sinners to repentance, imparts regeneration, justification and sanctification until the glorious inheritance of the heavenly Kingdom. The Holy Spirit dwells in the saints and enables them to enjoy the enlightenment of the Word. He bestows the full power to serve and nurtures a mature transformation of personal character into the image of Christ for the ministry of God’s kingdom.

6. The true Church is one holy apostolic universal Church, made of a body formed by the faithful saints united with Christ, through the Word and the Holy Spirit. Baptism and Eucharist are two sacraments instituted by Christ, the head of Church, and are the visible Word that must be continuously administered for the strengthening of faith and for spiritual maturity.

7. The primary mandate of Church is to offer a worship in Christ that is acceptable to God. It is also to form Christ witnessing community by making disciples through the proclamation of the Gospel among all nations as Christ has commanded. The church in the world is a spiritual community that expands God’s ruling upon the earth against the authority of the evil spirit that opposes God. As a holy community that loves God and its neighbors, it holds a mandate not only of bearing the responsibility for the edification of a just society, but also to carry out Christian love for the sake of the poor and the oppressed.

8. At the end of the age, the Lord Jesus Christ will return to the world in His glory. At that time, all the dead shall be raised and stand before God’s judgment. The righteous shall enjoy eternal blessing and the unrighteous shall receive eternal punishment. In the new heaven and new earth, the saints shall praise God forever and rule with the Lord over the renewed creation.
